RN - MDS Coordinator

Registered Nurse

Mon-Fri - flexible day shift hours

Sign-on bonus / relocation assistance

Cross Country Search has partnered with a beautiful long-term care facility looking to add another MDS Coordinator to their team.

Qualifying candidates will have experience with MDS Coordination working in a long-term care or assisted living facility.

This dynamic group brings a team-orientated, inspirational environment with a strong leadership team in place to assist you along the way.

The MDS Coordinators have flexible scheduling and can stagger their hours for full coverage. Please see the requirements below to see if you qualify for the position.

Qualifying Requirements :

  • Two or more years of experience working in a long-term care facility as a nurse.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an unencumbered RN state license.
  • Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
  • One of more years of experience working in MDS.
