Cronin Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center is a leader in dermatology, Mohs skin cancer surgery, and cosmetic laser procedures. The Front Desk Receptionist position works as part of the health care team in delivering a high level of patient care. In addition to a strong commitment to customer service, the ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a busy office, have a positive attitude, and be a team player!

Duties:

• ‪Answer calls on a multi-line system promptly and retrieve messages
• Scheduling New and Follow-up Patient Appointments
• Check in and Checkout patients, verify and update demographic information
• Verify insurance and patient eligibility Qualifications
• Strong computer skills
• Attention to detail with strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, personable, and energetic
• Insurance experience Job Type

Full-time: Current hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Experience: Dermatology knowledge is preferred.

Education: HS Diploma of equivalent
