Crocs Destin Commons is now hiring for a Part Time Team Lead

We’re seeking individuals who possess excellent customer service/people skills and a desire to advance with a fast growing company.

Duties include demonstrating excellent customer service skills and providing product knowledge and sales to our customers.

Team leads will be responsible for opening and closing the store location, acting MOD when store manager and assistant manager is not scheduled, and working as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

All candidates must have night and weekend availibility for consideration

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Destin, FL 32541: Relocate before starting work (Required)
