DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time automotive mechanic position typically works Monday - Friday, from 8 am - 4 : 30 pm . No weekends !

As an automotive mechanic, you are extremely important to our success as you ensure properly functioning vehicles and equipment.

On a day-to-day basis, you conduct routine maintenance, diagnose problems with inspection software, perform repairs, and work on transmissions.

Additionally, you disassemble and reassemble parts as well as keep logs of all the work that's performed. You also examine vehicles to determine if additional safety work is needed and notify the service advisor.

As a diligent worker, you follow checklists and the proper safety procedures. You enjoy working on new things each day and making our customers feel safe and happy in their ride !

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTO REPAIR TECHNICIAN

• 2-3 years of verifiable Automotive Tech experience
• Clean driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 75 pounds
• Ability to work in different weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow
• Basic computer skills
• Need to have your own tools

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, experience as an auto technician, and knowledge about transmissions are a plus, but not required.
