Candidates will beresponsible for learning and effectively using internal software programs,phones, and procedures in order to assist the various departments when needed.Key responsibilities would revolve aroundcustomer relationship management, email marketing, social media content,collateral creation, website updating, and event management. The idealcandidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstratedability to work in a team oriented environment and be highly detail-orientedwith a great ability to multi-task. This is a full-time hourly position and payis commensurate with experience.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities

• Maintain and updateclient database in Salesforce
• Create, coordinate andsend marketing emails to client database
• Develop and postsocial media content
• Design and createmarketing collateral for sales team
• Coordinate theattendance of conferences & trade shows to build sales leads

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 yrs. B2B Marketing experience
• Ability to read and write fluently in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,PowerPoint, etc.
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
• Wordpress Website editing a plus
• Submit to background check, including driving record
