The Legal Secretary will assist the Attorney and Paralegal in providing administrative support. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o File legal documents with the court, including pleadings, motions, and other legal papers.
o Retrieve documents from the court, such as court orders, transcripts, and case files.
o Serve legal papers to opposing parties and witnesses.
o Assist attorneys with document preparation and organization.
o Communicate with clients and attorneys regarding case updates.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and billing records.
o Provide administrative support to the law firm, such as answering phones and greeting clients.
o Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
