Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Practice Manager/Operations Administrator, the Nurse Practitioner (NP/PA) is an active member of the Physician Services team that delivers medical care consistent with the strategic vision, goals, philosophy and direction of Physician Services and CRHS. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible for providing care to patients in the Surgical practice setting including hospital rounding/patient assessment, post-op office visits Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Master’s degree in Nursing in a Nurse Practitioner specialty or as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
Requires two to four years of work-related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Requires and maintains current state license as a Registered Nurse. Requires and maintains current state certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant. Maintains a current certification in Basic Life Support (If BLS verification is not current upon hire, it must be obtained within three (3) months of hire.) Requires and maintains a current valid driver’s license and proof of minimum automobile insurance. Essential Job Responsibilities:
