In this role, you will be the linchpin in our production and operations teams. You will support the Director of Operations in executing and enhancing the operational workflow for two key departments. This role goes beyond traditional operations management; you will be a driving force behind our team's efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall operational success. Your insight and leadership will be key in optimizing processes, implementing technology solutions, and maintaining the high standards Nelson Elder Care Law is known for. For the right candidate who demonstrates grit and results, this role is envisioned to ascend into the Production Manager position, where you will organize, coordinate, and lead the production team to ensure the firm's effectiveness and efficiency. What You'll Do: 

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage teams for accountability, driving efficiency in production and client satisfaction.
• Metric Accountability: Support and drive teams to meet targets around delivery timelines and key metrics.
• Reporting: Support operational and data teams in producing accurate and timely reporting aimed at providing insights to the leadership team as well as illuminate coaching opportunities for each department aimed at improving performance and process.
• Client Experience: Support key partners in driving and implementing necessary changes and upgrades to the client journey, netting improved overall result to the business.
• Audits: Engage with stakeholders to audit team members and departments via scorecards.
• Goal Management: Serve as the primary liaison for departmental production goals and objectives.
• Performance Development: Conduct individual meetings to set standards and coach team performance.
• Project Oversight: Manage and implement special projects, ensuring leadership is well-informed.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle problems effectively and within set timeframes.
• Process Improvement: Streamline processes, including technological automations in coordination with the Chief Information Technology Officer.

• Experience: We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years' experience in operations, focusing on managing projects and improving organizational efficiency, and a minimum of 3 years in customer service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and optimizing processes and procedures, and proven experience in leading a team, particularly using employee metrics for performance coaching. Knowledge and experience with CRM systems are required, with a preference for those familiar with Zoho. While prior experience in the legal field is an asset, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Leadership: We are looking for a leader who is adept at using performance metrics for coaching and developing their team. Your leadership should inspire a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and client-focused results. The ability to handle multiple projects and lead a team through complex operational tasks is crucial.
• Skills: The right candidate will possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams towards operational excellence and efficiency. A strong grasp of time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail is essential. We place high value on problem-solving abilities, effective written and verbal communication, and the capacity to plan and organize effectively.Qualifications: While a specific degree is not a prerequisite, education or training in business management, operations, or a related field is highly desirable. Additional qualifications or certifications in project management, operational excellence, or team leadership will be considered advantageous.
