Essential Duties:In conjunction with the Dobbins Project Manager, will provides oversight of receipt, assignment, accountability, operation, transfer, inspection, and maintenance services for base vehicle fleet to include:
- Administrative responsibilities
- Assigning work (including after-hour call outs)
- Maintaining workflow and work completion.
- Experience utilizing On-line Vehicle Interactive Management System (OLVIMS)
- Candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience or equivalent training in Vehicle Management & Analysis (VM&A) and On-Line Vehicle Interactive Management System/Defense Property Accounting System (OLVIMS/DPAS) operation.
- Experience working with Government related accounting systems and procedures as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Strong PC knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office Suite of programs such as MS word and Excel.
- Must be detailed oriented, a self-starter and work well independently.
- USAF experience highly desired
A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
