Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Kitchen Manager In Training, you will work alongside our chefs in preparing our top-of-the-line ingredients – from locally sourced veggies to organic proteins and produce. Your job is to give the guests the flavors they are looking for – fresh, tasty and healthy food.

What You’ll Need to be a Kitchen Manager In Training:

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Passion for healthy and fresh cuisine
  • Positivity and motivation
  • Able to multi-task
  • Read Recipes
  • Keep cool and controlled under pressure
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Possess good organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn concept intimately
  • Willing to work weekends and some holidays
  • Follows Training Guidelines
  • Alerts Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Lead of any shortages
  • Complete tasks with consistency and speed
  • Make food Items following standardized recipes and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of all items, Ingredients, and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean environment – prep tables, hot line coolers, prep sinks, floors, walk-in coolers, walls, storage areas
  • Label and date prepared product
  • Practice FIFO

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

**This job opportunity is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Independently owned and operated, CRISP & GREEN’s franchise organizations determine their own compensation, benefits, hiring decisions and career programs which may vary from company-owned locations**
