CRISP & GREEN™ is seeking a super talented Assistant General Manager to add to our Blaine team!

Position Overview:

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the Crisp Crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our Restaurant Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedules
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Successfully communicate and serve as a role model to the Crisp Crew
• Strong background in training and development
• Proven organizational skills
• Passionate about healthy food and living “Crisp”
• 3 years of basic general management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
