JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary The Proposal Writer is a key position that creates written proposals used to convince potential clients to choose Crisis24. The proposal writer must be able to write in a detailed, factual and convincing manner. This person will have excellent attention to detail, verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in partnership with the sales team, all levels of leadership, the marketing team, clients, and prospects for the Executive Protection hub of Crisis24. It is essential that you possess superior proposal writing skills and have experience producing compelling, factual, and persuasive proposals. In addition, you must have an aptitude to take on some compliance responsibilities and knowledge on bid management, insurance, information systems and data protection.Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Receive and study RFP/RFI documentation, identifying key points for stakeholder group awareness, clarify needs, coordinate kick-off meetings, attend strategy meetings for coordination of bid process.Coordinate bid process by gathering information/intelligence from multiple sources including standard templates, answer banks and coordinating with internal subject matter experts for bespoke input relevant to the bid.Utilize a structured approach to bid management ensuring proposals are developed in line with an agreed timeframe to allow for review/approval prior to submission.Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. Meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, design, reviewing, and approval, coordinating requirements with contributors.Develop proposal/RFP response by assembling information from all sources to create a compelling bid response; finalize submission with Business Development Manager and Executive Management. Solicit operational and technical inputs, consolidate, and submit lists of clarification questions to client. Management of client third-party questionnaires, drawing support from Crisis24’s relevant subject matter experts. Coordinate and/or create graphics, flow charts, diagrams, and other images that visually underscore key messages and narratives. Provide post-proposal support, to include creating PowerPoint presentations if required. Assist in client relations, post-award. Maintain quality results by using templates, following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone. Improve proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, and coordination. Maintaining all updated brand templates from Marketing and ensuring EP compliance Track pipeline and prepare reports Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing. Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone. Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key stakeholders. Perform other related duties as required and assigned Provides bid compliance support to other Crisis24 regions as required. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English or related field is preferredExperience with grant or proposal writing preferredExceptional Microsoft PowerPoint skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet multiple deadlinesRequired Skills and Experience Essential Must be fluent in English both spoken and bid writing capability.Minimum 3 years’ experience in bid management working for a corporate or international organization.Ability to produce complex conceptual, written proposals/documentation.Ability and willingness to work both within a highly structured team environment and autonomously, depending upon proposal requirements.Work under pressure, sometimes managing multiple RFPs simultaneously.Ability to set and manage priorities within competing deadlines.Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey information accurately and persuasively.Exceptionally self-motivated.Ability to work cross-functionally.A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Advantageous Preferably qualified to degree level or equivalent.Additional language Experience working for travel security organization.Experience of using different portals
