Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Volunteer Services to oversee and coordinate our volunteer program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers while ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the volunteer program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and recognition
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain volunteers
- Supervise volunteers in their roles and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to assess volunteer needs and assign volunteers accordingly
- Organize volunteer events, meetings, and training sessions
- Utilize social media management to promote volunteer opportunities and engage with the community
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer information and hours worked

Requirements:

- Proven experience in volunteer management and supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers

- Excellent recruiting, public speaking, and training development skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
- Passion for community engagement and making a difference
