What You Will Be Doing: * Supporting manual and automated testing to identify software problems and their causes in an agile scrum sprint development environment. * Supporting, troubleshooting, and providing technical resolution for escalated service requests for users and customers on existing operating systems and/or application specific related issues. * Scheduling pilot and deployment dates.
* Submitting activity requests for approval to deploy.
* Working on multiple networks.
* Coordinating pilots for all appropriate platforms.
* Identifying risks and deficiencies, gathering requirements, performing R&D, performing testing and quality assurance (QA), and providing releases and implementations.
* Providing recommendations for engineering solutions.
