Crim & Villalpando, PC is a boutique law firm on the outskirts of downtown Houston, Texas, looking to hire an associate attorney with experience in Litigation in Houston, Texas. Clerk experience will be considered. A preferred candidate would be able to handle a case from the initial filing of a lawsuit through trial. Additional desired experience includes, but is not limited to, prior personal injury experience, taking depositions, presenting Plaintiffs for deposition, negotiating settlements, attending mediation, drafting and arguing motions, and answering discovery. Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required for the right applicant.
Associates will have the opportunity to gain trial experience. Associates will also gain valuable experience with drafting and filing pleadings, client interaction, answering and objecting to discovery, taking depositions, presenting Plaintiffs for deposition, negotiating settlements, attending mediation, and drafting and arguing motions.
