Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date with product features and promotions
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales floor tidy
- Experience in electronics sales or technical sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
