Job Summary **Working as a Retail Marketing Specialist for Morrison Healthcare will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourselfsmart, energetic, organized, and dedicated! The purpose of this role is to assist retail operations with marketing and field support on projects and program implementation. This role will communicate, train, and provide implementation support on marketing and merchandising elements for all guest experience programs and services, as well as manage a multimedia pipeline including the creation and distribution of digital graphics, pictures, and produced video to disseminate communications from leadership and site operations to the field.**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in all retail marketing and field support activities
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing and field projects for new and existing accounts. Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives.
Manages databases for field marketing allocations
Hands-on support at events, unit set-up, program implementation
Monitors industry best practices and trends
Ensures content meets deadlines and sector expectations of quality
Implements marketing plans and tools for new and existing accounts
Serves as liaison between corporate marketing and unit level operations to capture needs, ensure understanding, and build value for customers and clients
Drives usage of toolkits and tracks adoption/participation, and reports on return on investment on marketing projects
Consistently identifies new opportunities to drive digital programs into the business and drives results
Manages physical inventory of trade show assets and promotional items
Assists other departments and units in ensuring presentations and deliverables are within brand standards
Monitors, reviews, and reports on all marketing activity and results**
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in marketing, digital media, or 2 years relevant retail marketing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Experience with content management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus, especially Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software
Excellent writing and communication skills
A proclivity for self-direction, having reached a career level that enables independent working and excellent time-management skills
Some travel expected, could reach 25% in future years**
