Hours: This is an exempt, salaried position. Work schedule is Wednesday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Must be availablefor on call consultation and program coverage as needed.
Salary: $83,430 per year
Education: Masters degree in a mental health-related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required
Licensure: Licensed, licensed-eligible or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Waivered Psychologist strongly preferred

Our Crisis Centers are Short Term Acute Residential Treatment (START) programs that provide intensive, community-based crisis residential services for adults throughout San Diego County. They deliver a unique alternative to psychiatric hospitalization to clients who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis of such magnitude so as not to be manageable on an outpatient basis. Their services are provided in a home-like environment that specializes in the psychosocial rehabilitation of each individual.
