Crestwood Care Center is looking for our next Admissions and Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and will be responsible for overseeing the admission process for new patients. The Admissions Director will also be responsible for providing support to patients and families during the admissions process, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Review patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans for geriatric patients.
• Provide wound care services to patients as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families on the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of patient admissions and discharges.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
