Crestview Aerospace manufactures complex assemblies and parts for use in various aerospace applications. We offer an integrated manufacturing process that delivers fabricated parts, in-house processing and complex assemblies for both fixed and rotary‐wing aircraft. Job Responsibilities:

Performs multiple tasks on an assigned team, project, or functional area. Tasks will typically be performed within full-scale production manufacturing operations and include tasks such as non-routine and non-repetitive production electronic, mechanical, electromechanical assembly; quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures; production scheduling and control; and coordinating, planning, and expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies. Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments. May participate in programs or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.

Essential Functions:

  • Set up and operate different machines associated with manufacturing and fabrication parts.
  • Inspect and compare work to required specifications, check and straighten work as necessary to meet blueprint and/or other engineering requirements.
  • Clean shop area.
  • Training will be provided for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required.
  • Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.

Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
