Crest View Senior Communities is a faith-based not for profit organization looking for positive and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to serve older adults at our Blaine Campus. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including assisted living, independent living, and memory care.

The LPN is responsible to provide high quality, holistic nursing care to the residents of Crest View in accordance with nursing practice standards and the health care regulations which govern the practice of professional nursing. Also, to be responsible to the nursing administration and in so doing, to lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.

Job Qualifications:

· Have a LPN license according to the State of MN Board of Nursing

· Must be CPR Certified

· Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs

· Be able to document and maintain health records required and to observe physical conditions of residents
