**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendors, and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal pricing and quality for our company.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with business objectives

- Oversee the procurement process from identifying suppliers to finalizing agreements

- Evaluate supplier options based on price, quality, and delivery speed

- Maintain relationships with current suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms

- Monitor inventory levels and control stock levels to minimize excess or shortage

- Collaborate with various departments to understand purchasing needs

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in procurement management, logistics, and supplier management

- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on obtaining the best price and terms

- Knowledge of contract management and vendor relationship management

- Familiarity with inventory control practices to optimize stock levels

- Ability to lead a purchasing team effectively
