Crest Electrical Solutions is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Arlington, TX
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll management systems and a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles.
-Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions
-Reconcile payroll data, debits, and credits
-Analyze payroll reports for discrepancies and resolve any issues
-Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee records
-Handle data entry tasks related to payroll information
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator
-In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
-Familiarity with Human Resources practices and procedures
-Strong analytical skills to identify errors or discrepancies in payroll data
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
