Crescent Bank is Hiring a Personal Banker Near Mandeville, LA

About the Position: A Personal Banker with Crescent Bank assists our customers’ financial needs with the products and services we offer and to do so with superior service. They perform branch operational functions with a high attention to details and in compliance with regulations. Within the first three months, the person in this role will be expected to be able to assist customers with all bank related products, services and transactions and have a full understanding of all bank policies. By month six, an expert level understanding of customer focused products and services and being able to perform services independently will be expected. This position will be expected to meet and exceed company established standards for service. What we are looking for: To be successful in this position, a person should have strong cash handling skills, a few years of retail banking experience and a solid knowledge of banking industry regulations.
