About the Position:Reporting to the Chief Analytics and Credit Officer, this individual will be responsible for developing business strategies to drive profitable growth through pricing and credit policy changes for Crescent Bank’s Indirect Auto line of business. This role will require strategic planning and actively managing an agenda with a 3 to 24-month horizon. What we are looking for:The role requires one to be passionate about delivering results, be an innovative and strategic thinker, learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, a team player and can sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant to understanding business results. The position will be responsible for preparing crisp presentations supplemented with analysis provided to the Executive team within Crescent Bank. Duties and Responsibilities:Direct ownership of Indirect Auto’s Loan PolicyOwn profitability and pricing modelsAccountable for Approval Rate, Cashing and Book to Look targetsActively identify and manage profitability at the sub-segment levelManage 3 to 5 direct reports. Set their agenda, provide coaching and ensure quality work is produced by all team membersDevelop a roadmap for credit policy expansions through test and learn strategiesCreate Analytical frameworks to evaluate different solutions to risks and opportunities.Use Analytical techniques, for example past performance, testing, statistical modeling, and financial modeling to ground the value of different solutions.Monitor performance of a business area and tests being performed in that business area.
