CREN MLS is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Montrose, CO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer service mindset. Must be profecient in Quickbooks and Excel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

- Maintain filing systems, both physical and computerized

- Assist with data entry and record keeping

- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Quickbooks and computer software in general

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus

- Front desk experience

- Personal assistant skills

- Ability to file documents accuratel

- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems

- Strong customer support skills

- Ability to use computerized systems effectively
