Cremer & Associates, LLP is a growing CPA firm located in Commack, New York. We are in need of a top-notch CPA/Accountant to work with our ever-growing roster of clients. We have clients in a variety of industries with concentrations in the industries of real estate, petroleum products and high net worth individuals.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for yearend review and tax preparation for our business clients as well as preparing and reviewing individual tax returns. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of tax preparation. Previous work experience should be 7-10 years in accounting, and a degree in accounting is required for this position.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting / CPA Preferred
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounting software PFX ProSystems Tax, PFX Engagement, and QuickBooks a HUGE plus!
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
