all levels of operational, regulatory and financial standards.
Property
Manager
The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations, at an
executive level, for several residential/commercial properties in North Dallas. The property manager will work with our
project managers and preferred clients to ensure the day to day activities of
Special Projects and maintenance are performed to the highest of expectations.
Core
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage 7-8 executive
homes in North Dallas
· Provide property management
services for 4-5 commercial properties in North Dallas
· Schedule maintenance and repairs,
negotiates contracts with vendors, regularly inspects property to ensure it is
in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues
· Keep financial records from
property operations, creates monthly financial reports for property owner
· Communicate daily with our clients
· Develop a strategic network of
preferred vendors
· Develop maintenance plans for all
properties
· Coordinate A/P and A/R with
clients and CREF
· Keep open dialogue with property
owner physical condition of property
· Ensure that all assigned
properties are safe, presentable and meet all regulatory or contractual
requirements
Qualifications
& Experience
· Familiarity with applicable local, state, and
federal laws and regulations
· Strong interpersonal & business
communication skills
· High level of organization and attention to
detail
· Will need to be available to work long hours
and on nights and weekends at times
