QUALIFICATIONS OF Assistant Dining Director:

• Reliable and dependable
• Positive Attitude
• Assisting Dietary Manager with the daily operations of the dietary department.
• Certified Dietary Manager experience helpful.
• Managing staffing schedule.
• Managing the dietary department in the absence of the dietary manager.
• Meeting residents one on one to discover meal preferences.
• Knowledge of sanitization practices within long term care.
• Willing to be part of a great team!
