Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Verify insurance information and process payments at the point of sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
