Creek Technologies is seeking an Information Technology Administrator to help support our corporate network. The administrator will have the opportunity to learn how to manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, administer Active Directory (ADDS), troubleshoot network connectivity issues, administer Windows workstations and servers, maintain asset inventories, and perform client support services. This position will work directly with our Information Technology Manager. The administrator is not expected to have a background in information technology. The administrator is expected to show a desire to learn multiple aspects of information technology and will receive mentorship and training from experienced information technology and information security professionals.
• Certification: CompTIA A , Net , or Security (or equivalent) or a willingness to pursue a relevant certification at Creek Technologies’ expense. • Experience with, or education in, one or more of the following: o Windows Server o Windows 10 Operating System o Understanding of network routing and switching o Microsoft Exchange o Active Directory Domain Services
• GED Required • Desired: Currently pursuing an IT or Information Security degree
• Entry Level • 1-2 years of relevant coursework desired
Commensurate with education and experience.
