CreditAssociates is Hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist, CS - Bilingual (full-time) Near Plano, TX

CreditAssociates, an industry leading financial services company, is recruiting self-driven and career-minded individuals for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish/English)to support our rapidly expanding Customer Service team. In this role, our specialists are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of information given on Customer Support calls by monitoring recorded and live telephone conversations.

Responsibilities:
  • Review English and Spanish Customer Support calls:
    • for legal compliance
    • for quality assurance
    • for call flow expectations and execution
    • problem solving and program expectation setting
    • when there is a client complaint
    • to support continuing education
    • to assess the effectiveness of training
  • Provide feedback and analysis on patterns observed on calls.
  • Document exceptional calls and techniques to be utilized in future training.
  • Work closely with Client Success Leaders and Training.
  • Responsibilities can change based on business needs

Qualifications
:
  • Must be comfortable providing feedback in regard to problem solving and emotional resolution
    • If you are not, please do not apply.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
  • 1 year of call center experience helpful, not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation
  • Financial services related experience a plus, not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills required. Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
