As a Mortgage Loan Post Closer at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Secondary Markets team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Check in files as delivered from title
• Prepare, review and upload/ship loan packages according to investor guidelines to ensure timely loan purchases.
• Prepare loans to pull Fannie and Freddie UCDs
• Index loans within the LOS
• Prepare, review and upload/ship loan packages for insuring.
• Review and ensure proper safekeeping of loan notes.
• Work collaboratively with Production to obtain necessary documents for purchase and/or insuring.
• Maintain a customer service-oriented relationship with investors.
• Backup Post Closing Manager with the approval of wires for funding loans.
• Backup to final docs to deliver these documents to investors as loans are purchased
• Basic knowledge of Encompass.

What You Bring:

• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Encompass preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, organize and meet deadlines

Pay Range: $21.40 - $28.37/HR
