Senior Operations Manager has responsibility for all Business Unit Administrative, Human Resources, Recruitment and Delivery functions in a fast growing, global IT company's government IT Staffing division. The Senior Operations Manager implements and manages policies, operational procedures, budgets, opportunities, forecasts and key client relationships. This is a mid-level to senior position and would report to the regional Business Unit Head.
BU Senior Operations Manager Job description
We are looking for an ambitious leader with a willing to learn and "Can-do" attitude who will assume overall responsibility for all business functions in the Business Unit. In this position, you will implement policies, ensure efficient operations, create and maintain key client and partner relationships, manage budgets, sales pipelines and forecasts. You will also be expected to supervise and coach employee performance and lead lower-level managers by example.
BU Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Pipeline
• Provide and implement strategies for top and bottom-line business growth
• Create and manage revenue and profit forecasts and ensure accurate / timely reporting to upper management
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in everything we do
• Create, review and implement effective business plans
• Attend internal and client meetings, government seminars and conferences and other as appropriate

BU Senior Operations Manager Requirements

• 5-10 years working experience as an Operation's Manager in Public Sector Government industry for a firm with high paced and active IT Sales, Delivery and Administrative organization
• High Performance track record in IT Staffing Operations
• Enthusiastic, up for a challenge and seeks this opportunity as a next step in career growth
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong ability to lead, develop and maintain client and partner relationships
• Excellent presentation, oral, written and verbal skills
• Collaborative Team Player and willing to learn, consensus builder
• A proven track record of successfully leading, interfacing with and motivating diverse teams
• Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• BA/BS required with MA in Business Administration preferred or similar relevant field
