**Job Summary:**
The Marketing Assistant role involves providing essential administrative support to the marketing team, including research, data analysis, supply management, event coordination, mailings, and more.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Previous marketing or administrative experience advantageous
**Responsibilities:**
- Research, compile, and analyze data for projects and reports
- Develop lists of potential clients in marketing territories
- Monitor and replenish sales supplies and displays
- Independently draft correspondence
- Manage mass mailings and mail merges
- Monitor industry websites for event updates
- Assist in client gift preparations
- Coordinate travel for executives
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations
- Update sales performance reports and client databases
- Handle errands and assigned tasks
**Salary Range:**
$17 - $20 per hour based on experience
