Credence Management Solutions is Hiring a Senior Human Resources Specialist (SSC / Acquistion Hub) Near El Segundo, CA

Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist supporting the Acquisition Hub Directorate of the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff Support contract.

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $133,000 to $145,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • The contractor shall plan, assist, support, execute, all activities related to personnel management and human resource functions, to include but not limited to hiring process, on-boarding, immersions, recognition programs, performance management programs, and other administrative actions.
  • The contractor shall assist the Government with all personnel management activities; provide guidance and recommendations on completing manpower and personnel documentation; and maintain the unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, unit manning document, and related organizational rosters.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • US citizen with an active secret security clearance is required.

  • Ten plus (10 ) years of experience.

  • MA/MS degree.

    • Twelve (12) years' work experience may be subsituted for master's degree
    • Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
