Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Application Cyber Security SME at Robins AFB in Warner Robins GA. This position will support the C2ISR Infrastructure/Enterprise Division which requires enterprise support that oversees, assists, and advises the Division and each Branch/Cell on a wide array of functions and tasks.

The Application Cyber Security SME shall possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered a subject matter expert in the area of application cybersecurity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Ensure that all C2ISR Division weapon systems and programs have a rigorous process for the application of information security/ cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of software, application and enterprise services.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the development, integration and oversight of cybersecurity policies and programs for the C2ISR This position directly supports the C2ISR Chief Engineer and the Engineering Branch, COS/IT section and shall provide expert advice on cybersecurity policies, perform gap analysis studies on the weapon systems and strategic plans of action to ensure sound cybersecurity principles are established across all C2ISR programs.
  • Provide expert knowledge at all relevant Division, Branch & Integrated Product Teams (IPT) meetings to develop plans and contingencies for system The contractor shall provide expert assistance to resolve cybersecurity risks identified across the Division and be knowledgeable of application cyber security to inform leadership of risk-based strategies to address identified gaps.
  • Requires a highly technical background. The technical-level duties involve providing advice and expert assistance to programs on the analysis of the design and development efforts of all software applications and enterprise services and their integration into the weapon systems. The contractor shall review, analyze, and assess the results of Non Advocate Reviews (NARs) and provide advice to the Weapon System Branches and Chief Engineers on corrective actions.
  • Shall provide expert advice and review of all C2ISR program technical plans that support the Program Protection Plan (PPP). The contractor shall be the primary technical contact for application cybersecurity for the C2ISR Division. The contractor must possess the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms on highly technical and cybersecurity topics.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Top Secret Security clearance is required.
  • 20 years in Cybersecurity (Required) 20 years (Desired)
  • Certifications:
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (Required)
    • CompTIA Security (required)
    • CompTIA Network (Required)
    • CompTIA PenTest (Desired)
    • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (Desired)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
