Credence Management Solutions is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Mc Lean, VA

Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a full time position in our Vienna, VA office.This role is ideal for someone who is very driven, organized, and eager to grow a career in Human Resources.

  • Position will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week on average

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Provide partnership and HR support to our most important asset: our people
  • Respond to employee inquiries and employment verifications in a timely fashion
  • Send offer letters to candidates
  • Complete HR related on-boarding tasks for new hires
  • Conduct weekly new hire orientations
  • Ability to utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, iCIMS, and CostPoint systems to maintain employee records
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 0-2 years of HR experience
  • Customer service orientation
  • Enthusiastic and engaged personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain confidential and handle sensitive data
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
  • May be required to occasionally lift 10-20 pounds
