Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a DT/DMM Logistics Integration Manager n support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/Propulsion Directorate at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

Thw Air Force Life Cycle Management Propulsion Division is responsible for operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness along with program, financial, and contract management for assigned aircraft engines. It is the lead integrator for all propulsion sustainment issues and worldwide inventory tracking and accountability. The division supports Air Force, Army, Navy, federal agencies, and multiple foreign countries.

Responsibilities
    Work with MAJCOM customers, field and depot units to implement/field RCM sustainment tools across engine fleets and programs.
  • Perform reliability and cost analysis to optimize maintenance Depot, Intermediate and Organizational-level maintenance.
  • Utilize various systems and information, including but not limited to the Comprehensive Engine Management System (CEMS), D035, Basing and Logistics Analytics Date Environment (BLADE), Joint Deficiency Reporting Systems (JDRS), and technical data.
  • Apply RNI principles to optimize Air Force Propulsion repair across field, depot, and contracted maintenance centers.
  • Perform logistics and supply supportability assessments to identify impact(s) to propulsion programs, identifying specific parts experiencing current or potential obsolescence and diminishing manufacturer issues; researching and identifying alternatives for overcoming these obstacles; and communicating short-and long-term logistic requirements and/or shortfalls which may/will have far-reaching consequences to the program.
  • Develop and implement tailored propulsion repair workscopes utilizing data from CEMS and the RCM Toolset to improve system reliability, mitigate material shortages, and improve propulsion readiness (e., increase War Ready Engines).
  • Manage, use, and improve fleet simulation models and tools.
  • Assist in managing acquisition programs for DT/DMM applications of RCM/RNI tools. This includes:
    • Participate on IPTs as assigned.
    • Assist in development of PWS documentation, schedules, budgets, and briefings.
    • Author and coordinate required documentation, including:
    • Defining scope, interface requirements, policy issues, and performance criteria;
    • Developing integrated logistics support plans and milestones as directed by policy and guidance, ensuring the most effective and economical means of support are considered and planned for during all stages of a weapon system's life cycle;
    • Assessing logistics impact of acquisition programs;
    • Establishing and monitoring milestones on assigned projects to ensure schedules are met, deficiencies are identified, and required adjustments are made, and
    • Evaluating alternatives from the standpoint of life cycle cost and other trade-off parameters to ensure optimal use of resources without degrading operational readiness.
  • Establish program initiatives for improved supply supportability, technology insertion, Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) development, and identification and/or mitigation of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Manufacturing Sources (DMSMS)/obsolescence.
Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • MS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or,
  • BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or,
  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience
  • Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required. Reliability Critical Items (RCI).
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM),
    • Repair Network Integration (RNI), to include collaborating with propulsion functionals at the base, depot, and MAJCOM levels to establish a networked support structure providing an enterprise level view of available maintenance manning, material, and equipment for propulsion repair activities.
    • Propulsion maintenance and sustainment, to include forecasting materiel requirements.
