Creative Works is Hiring a Inventory Clerk Near Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to handle inventory, receiving, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels of goods and raw materials 
• Reconcile PO with Procurement prior to purchasing 
• Confer with vendor contacts to obtain favorable and timely deliveries as well as the best possible pricing
• Update inventory management system with timely and valid information when necessary
• Work in conjunction with Purchasing and Logistics to assess product quantity, quality and viability for projects.
• Communicate with other departments regarding orders, vendors, products, deliveries, etc.
• Assist with resolving vendor issues that may arise
• Receiving of all inbound deliveries
• Sorting deliveries and taking to each department area
• Adjusting out of stock or product changes through inventory management system
• Inventory audits and hard counts - Quarterly Hard Counts
• Management of all outstanding purchase orders
• Maintenance and upkeep of automated systems involving inventory management

• Being personable with great people skills is essential as you work with multiple vendors and partners as well as our various departments
• Great written and oral communication skills, we want people who can communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Must have the ability to multitask, you will never be lacking in things to do
• Ability to organize in both a physical and mental capacity

Qualification Requirements:

• Proficient in MS OFFICE and GOOGLE FOR WORK
• Past experience with Inventory Management software such as; Fishbowl or something similar
• Associates Degree or 2 years of Inventory Management experience 

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time, Exempt
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
