Creative Support Alternatives (CSA) is a project of San Diego State Research Foundation.

We are seeking applicants in the La Jolla community who have a desire to teach, coach, mentor and foster socialization in the life of a person who is looking for support in her home, community and daily living activities.

Preferably, looking for applicants who are looking for fixed hours, must have problem-solving skills, be willing to meet the mission of the organization, able to work on a 1:1 ratio, vehicle is not required, however a reliable mode of transportation is preferred.

The following skills are preferred but not required:
- Caregiving skills (Preferred)
- Assisted living experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of ADLs (Preferred)
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities (Preferred)
- Direct support experience (Preferred)
- First aid certification is a plus
- Proficiency in cleaning tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work with individuals with autism (Preferred)

Currently, we are looking to fill the following hours in La Jolla:

• Monday 10am - 6pm
• Tuesday 10am - 6pm
• Thursday 10am - 6pm
