Creative Solutions Group is Hiring an Industrial/Auto Painter (FT) Near Clawson, MI

Looking to join a fast-paced and growing organization? Creative Solutions Group is celebrating our 25th year and we are in growth mode! We are looking for a full-time professional, skilled Industrial/Auto Painter to join our growing and dynamic team in our Clawson, MI facility. You will be responsible for finishing painting eye-catching, high-end exhibits for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Inspect all parts and units to be painted
Grind welds and fill, sand, and smooth all surfaces to be painted
Apply Class A, B, and C paint to various parts
Repair all minor flaws and paint defects including wet sanding, buffing, and spot repairs
Clean and maintain the paint area
Maintain related equipment such as paint guns, pumps, brushes, paint lines, etc.
Complete rework as needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Ability to work in a team setting
All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in an Industrial/Auto Finish Painter role
Strong attention to detail
Team player
