We are currently seeking highly qualified and empathetic individuals to join us as BCaBA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide ABA services in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and individualized approach.
  • Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.

  • Salary: $57,798 annually (25 hours/week billable requirement)
  • Hourly Rate: $45 - $50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • An active Florida Medicaid Number (mandatory)
  • BCaBA certification (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A clean background check
  • Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, with a valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is considered a plus.
  • Maintaining open and proactive communication with the RBTs to address any questions or receive feedback.
  • Collaborating effectively with others and contributing to a team environment by sharing responsibilities and duties.
