Creative Minds ABA Services Inc. is a dedicated organization committed to enhancing the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We are currently seeking highly qualified and empathetic individuals to join us as BCaBA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide ABA services in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based practices to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and individualized approach.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.

• Salary: $57,798 annually (25 hours/week billable requirement)
• Hourly Rate: $45 - $50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• An active Florida Medicaid Number (mandatory)
• BCaBA certification (mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree
• A clean background check
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, with a valid driver's license
• Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is considered a plus.
• Maintaining open and proactive communication with the RBTs to address any questions or receive feedback.
• Collaborating effectively with others and contributing to a team environment by sharing responsibilities and duties.
