Position Overview: As an RBT at Creative Minds ABA Services Inc, you will play a crucial role in implementing ABA interventions designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address the unique needs of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with individuals and their families, creating a positive and supportive environment to facilitate skill development, behavioral improvements, and increased independence.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• An active Florida Medicaid Number (mandatory)
• RBT certification (mandatory)
• A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• A clean background check
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, with a valid driver's license
• Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is considered a plus.
• Implementing therapy and data collection plans as directed by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Administering effective, evidence-based behavioral treatments.
• Accurately and objectively collecting data during therapy sessions.
• Maintaining open and proactive communication with the supervising behavior analyst to address any questions or receive feedback.
• Collaborating effectively with others and contributing to a team environment by sharing responsibilities and duties.
