Overview of the Staff Accountant role:
- Assist internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor/supplier records and payment records
- Responsible for reconciliation process for bank account, sales and use tax, employee reimbursement, prepaid account and AP sub ledger
- Maintain fixed asses and depreciation accounts
- Assist in streamlining processes
Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint
- 5 years experience performing full cycle accounts payable
- Experience in architecture/engineering/planning for job cost environment preferred
