We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, along with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for real estate projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
