Overview of the Staff Accountant:
- Compiling and analyzing data to create budgets and reports
- Process accounts payables and receivables
- The Staff Accountant will perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Will be using ERP software, reconciling to the G/L, generating reports and identifying errors or potential liability, properly applying credit memos to each respective jurisdiction,
- Prepare documents for audits, conduct month end and year end close, and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- The position requires a someone who is able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The Staff Accountant will handle project accounting responsibilities.
