Overview of the Senior Accountant role:
- Assist in month end, quarter end and the year-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and contributing to the consolidated financial statements
- Analyze variances, including material and labor to budget, forecast, and prior year
- Review accounts payable and receivable for accuracy
- Interface with international divisions
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience in general ledger accounting and a skilled eye for account analysis
