- Posting, reconciliation, and analysis of tradespend
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams, contributing to a fluid and efficient workflow that drives success throughout the organization
- Monthly close process for various general ledger accounts, preparing necessary journal entries
- Assist in external audit requests
- Continuously evaluate areas for process improvement
- Conduct periodic audits of specific accounts to guarantee accuracy
- Fixed assets and prepaids schedule
Qualifications for Senior Accountant Applicants:
- 3-5 years of accounting experience (CPG industry experience preferred)
- Profound knowledge of GAAP
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong team player, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with NetSuite is advantageous
Hours for the Senior Accountant are 32-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Senior Accountant Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
