Creative Financial Staffing is Hiring a Senior Accountant Near Baltimore, MD
Our client, a dynamic and well-known real estate development company in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Accountant reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist in the month, quarter, and annual close processes for the company.

Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounting for the company.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited institution/university.
- CPA preferred.
- 3 years accounting experience (public or private)
- Real estate industry experience a plus!
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
